Account Creation: To use Chibaree, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Content: Users are not permitted to post content to the Application. All content available on Chibaree is owned by Chibaree Labs LLP.

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chibaree Labs LLP. Our content is not to be copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed in any form without our express written permission.

Trial and Subscription: Users may access a 7-day trial before purchasing a subscription. We offer monthly and yearly subscription options. Prices and subscription plans may be subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, users can continue to access the app until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any subscription cancellations.

You may delete your account at any time through the Application's settings. If you have an active subscription, ensure it is cancelled before deleting your account to prevent further charges.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically on our website at www.chibaree.com. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.

You expressly agree that your use of the Application and its services is at your sole risk.

In no event shall Chibaree Labs LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
